Tasttlig festivals focuses on promoting multiculturalism. It is organized by Tasttlig charity and runs on the Tasttlig website where customers buy tickets to attend the festival. The festival is sponsored by Mensah in addition to other organizations to make the tickets cheaper for everyone. When tickets are purchased, guests download a passport to all the places where they can get food from around the world at the event.

Tasttlig is held across multiple neighbourhoods around the world. When guests pay admission tickets to attend the festival, they receive a document called the Tasttlig passport which provides them a list places to get food samples.
